Certified organic means that no chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers of any kind are used in the growth of the plant. Organic essential oils are also different from 'wildcrafted' essential oils where the plant is harvested in the wild and the plant actually grows in the wild without interference. These organic essential oil varieties are either steam distilled or hydro-distillation depending on the plant material that the oils are extracted from. Benefits: Eucalyptus has traditionally been used to relieve muscular aches and pains. It has also been known to relieve symptoms of colds and flu when used in steam inhalation. Aromatic scent: Fresh, peppery, camphoraceous aroma. Caution: Non-toxic, non-irritating and non-sensitiving. Avoid during pregnancy.
